The name “bistronomie” combines the words “gastronomie” and “bistro.”

Our hope is for you to enjoy French cuisine in a relaxed, casual atmosphere—just like at a bistro.

We also wanted to carry on the legacy of our grandfather’s restaurant, “palm.”

With those sentiments in mind, we have been reborn as bistronomie palm—right here, in the same location in Kinokawa City, Wakayama, where his restaurant once stood.

Whether it’s a special occasion like an anniversary, birthday, or celebration—or simply a treat for yourself—we would be delighted to offer you a meal that nourishes both body and soul, with heartfelt OMOTENASHI.
