Tsubasa Kashima

Born in 1986 in Toyonaka, Osaka.

After graduating from high school, he began his culinary career at Osaka New Hankyu Hotel.

Over the course of 20 years, he worked at several prestigious establishments including Osaka New Hankyu Hotel, Hotel Hankyu Expopark, and Hotel Hankyu International.

During his time at fine dining restaurants such as MALMAISON, he honed his skills in French cuisine.
